How long will my jewellery take to be made?

All of our pieces are custom-made. We do not have various sizes, as all items may slightly differ. We estimate 1-3 weeks for production, depending on the item you ordered.

How long will my jewellery take to ship?

After production, we advise UK customers 3-7 business days for inland shipping. We use Royal Mail Signed for. For international shipping, we use DHL. This may differ for each country; however, we will keep you updated throughout the delivery.

How long does custom diamond jewellery take to be made and shipped?

Custom diamond jewellery is designed and ordered on a 1-1 personal basis. We work directly with you to create your piece. This will take approximately 28 days from the production date.

How much is shipping?

We send all items securely using either Royal Mail (UK) or DHL (International). We use only these companies to ensure your order arrives promptly and safely once it has left our studio. Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail or DHL will notify you by email and text.

UK (ROYAL MAIL):
3-7 Business days, once the order is dispatched
£10 Delivery Fee (Free delivery for orders over £250)

EUROPE (DHL):
8-15 Business days, once the order is dispatched
£25 Delivery Fee (Free delivery for orders over £250)

Are there any countries that bymaialee cannot ship to?

We currently only ship to the UK and Europe.

Will I have to pay customs?

Please note that duties and taxes for international shipments are not included in your shipping costs. Items purchased may incur a customs fee, calculated by your local customs authority.
